Crew Chief Application
The time to apply for a Crew Chief position is now. We are accepting applications until October 22, 2012. Following that date, a committee will be formed to review and select 22 crew chiefs for the 2013 – 2015 football seasons.
If you are interested in being considered, you must complete the application and send it to:

Attached you will find a Word Document Crew Chief Application form as well as a PDF form. If you cannot open the documents and you are interested in applying for Crew Chief, contact Pat Klein and he will send it in a different format.
We will have a vote at our next meeting regarding a change to the DFOA Policy and Procedures. This change will give us more latitude on how we form the new crews. If approved, it is the intent of the Crew Review Committee to:
- - Reduce the size of the crews to eight, six veterans and two newer officials.
- - Allow the Crew Chief to select four crew members and the remaining three will be assigned by the Area Directors
